Celebration of Birthday of Rotary International On this special day, R C Golaghat celebrated the birth anniversary of Rotary International, founded on 23rd February,1905 in Chicago by Paul Harris and his friends. On this day special Birthday Cake was cut amidst the inmates of Old age home in the evening.
