Adult Literacy 19 April, 2026 Rotary Club Of Golaghat runned the Adult Literacy Centre with the inmates of District Jail Golaghat for the RY 2025-26. Regular classes were conducted as per their stipulated timetable by an appointed Sikha Mitra Sri Gopal Saikia (Jail inmates). On behalf of the club Rtn Dr Minuara Begum, Past President visited the jail and took one class on 22th April, 2026 following the protocols of the jail. There were 28 registered inmates and they were taught numeric up to 50 in Assamese.
