Overview
Rotary Club of Golaghat provided an Oxygen concentrator to a bedridden patient named Bhagawati Devi Nawka, age 79 at Golaghat town on the request of family members. This Oxygen concentrator was donated by R C Dibrugarh on the initiative of PDG Kalpana Khaund on April 2025. It will be issued to other needy patients following a protocol.
