On the occasion of Golaghat Book Fair & Literary Festival, 2025 R C Golaghat organized an All Assam Prize Money Speech competition on Bharat Ratna Bhupen Hazarikas song in two categories for students on 27 October, 2025.The topic where-" Which song of Bharat Ratna Bhupen Hazarika is most favourite and why? (Gr A, Class vi to ix) &" Bharat Ratna Bhupen Hazarikas musical journey- a vocality of peace, humanity & social justice "( Gr B, Class x to post graduation). Prize money of ? 5000/, ? 3000/ & ? 2000/ for each group were sponsored by Rotarians. Rtn Anmona Bora, PP, R C Jorhat inaugurated the competition & Dr Biplab Gogoi, Mr Phatik Chutia & Ms Parijat Baruah Judged the competition. Through this event R C Golaghat were able to spread the message of peace, humanity, integrity & community services through the music of Bhupenda in contemporary World.
